We're more than a clean-up organisation. We run the Australian Marine Debris Initiative, bringing together over 3,300 partner organisations and thousands of volunteers to remove and prevent marine debris.  #### Collecting data enables us to: - Understand marine debris accumulation patterns over time and space - Gather evidence to track marine debris to its source - Provide evidence for source reduction initiatives to stop pollution before it reaches our waterways - Provide local organisations with specific data that is relevant to their work - Provide a state-wide and national overview and influence plastic policies Public donations are important for our charity as they allow us to be dynamic and reactive when responding to environmental events or targeting remotemarine debris hotspots. ### Make a donation [Make a donation](http://tangaroablue.org/donate)via our website.
