What do I need to do? ## After a short induction, we'll send you a Project ReCon buoy to host on your vessel. Participating in Project ReCon is free for vessel hosts. Tangaroa Blue Foundation will loan you a buoy to carry on your vessel until you have the opportunity to deploy it to ghost gear. Once the ghost gear and buoy are retrieved, the buoy can be returned to you for future deployment.
